It’s difficult nowadays to surprise one with recherché cuisine, however, each guest or inhabitant of the city will be pleased to taste dishes cooked by old-time Russian recipes, or to learn, what people ate in St. Petersburg at the beginning of the century at Nicolay the 2nd’s court.

“Variety” translated from French means “diversity”, and what is important in it is brightness, beauty and the mood of feast given to us.

However, variety show is not everything “TROIKA” can amaze you with. After the performance a professional band is playing, those who eager to dance are welcome.

The interior in warm colors prepossesses for recreation. The walls are decorated with the works of Russian masters of applied arts – “Spike Team”, “Wooden Sledge”, and “Girls’ Roundelay”. A luxury curtain covering 3 windows is a handmade piece in Russian shawl style.
